an independent and established research firm (as a standard

Our
industry standard sizing includes XS to 4XL in adult sizes,
and a full range of youth sizing. Any exceptional sizes, or
customization is FREE OF CHARGE.
The McCarthy
Guarantee ensures that we will stand behind the quality
of all our products. We offer a one-year guarantee on manufacturer’s
defects. If a customer feels the item has not met their
expectations, we want to know about it. Customers can either
visit any of our Local Showrooms or, place a call to our
Customer Service Centre and they will discuss the details
of the return options.
All clothing
options are machine washable. In order to help maximize
the life of the product, washing instructions are outlined
on the labels of all of our garments, and are displayed
beside each item, when you order On-Line.
Items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged
within 30 days with original receipt. Some exceptions may
apply.
Sorry, but custom-made, clearance/final
sale items, and hosiery cannot be returned.
