Social and environmental responsibility starts with awareness. By empowering each and every one of our employees with the knowledge and tools necessary to act in an environmentally conscious way not just at work but in their daily lives as well, we are creating a corporate culture that institutes, at its foundation, what it means to be “green”. We have recently implemented a series of ongoing workshops called a “lunch and learn series”. Among the critical topics that will be discussed with our employees is “green education”. To make sustainability a real part of our business we must truly engage employees in this discussion at every level of our company.
