We currently have an immediate opening for Network Technician. Reporting directly to the IT/IS Manager you will be responsible for the following: Maintain server and client hardware/software; Monitor the daily back-up system; Install, analyze, and maintain network PC and infrastructure; Perform troubleshooting on all aspects of system infrastructure;
Document current & future system developments – train end user; Support the maintenance and trouble-shooting requirements of information systems; Develop and maintain an inventory of all components and equipment, including
monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems and network cards.

Reporting directly to our Director of Sales, your focus will be to enhance and develop national market presence (across Canada -ex Ontario) to generate maximum sales potential for targeted accounts within the JK to Grade 12 school market. Achieve sales and profitability objective, and develop and implement strategies and action plans for growth.

Reporting directly to the District Manager of Retail Operations, you will be responsible for directing and
managing the operations of our Internet, In Bound Call Center and Mobile Channels.

Customer service representatives required to work in our inbound call centre. You must be highly motivated with a genuine flair for dealing with customers. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner are required. A post secondary degree and retail experience would be an asset. Applicants must be willing to work various shifts.
